Corporal Brian Kozera

Norristown Police Corporal Brian Kozera was a devoted husband, father of three daughters, friend to many, and coach for several activities.

He was an IRONMAN, CANCER SURVIVOR, a mentor to anyone who needed him, and a devoted Police Officer with the Norristown Police Department for 16 years.  

Brian served on the Bike Patrol Unit, was a School Resource Officer at Eisenhower Middle School in Norristown, and engaged in many community events. 

Brian's mental toughest, endurance, and dedication to training were the same way he showed up for work every day. 

On August 15th Brian was doing what he loved, on a bicycle ride training for the Ironman World Championships occurring in October 2022. Tragically Brian was killed in an automobile accident.
