In Memory of
Sergeant Lee Wagner
Sergeant Lee A. Wagner served the residents of Montgomery Township for sixteen years. He joined the department on January 29, 2010, after graduating from the Reading Police Academy, and before that served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Harry S. Truman as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He was promoted to Corporal in 2017 and to Sergeant in 2018. He earned a Lifesaving Award and several Letters of Commendation, held the Professional Standards position, and coordinated the department's Field Training Program. Above all, he was a husband and a father. Sergeant Wagner passed away unexpectedly on August 19, 2026, and is survived by his wife and their four children.
